Shopping in Bucerias

Dale bought his hat on day one right outside our condo from a street vender. Punta arena is close to the foot bridge leading to the town "centro" with taco stands and various arts and crafts for sale in booths around the square and church. There are a dozen beach restaurants nearby and some of them are very good. We used trip advisor and found some great places for dinner. We did discover the shops and restaurants to the south of the foot bridge were a bit more upscale. There is also a small grocery store that direction that provided our basic groceries for the week. The large Mega grocery store and Super Walmart is a short 4 mile bus ride away which we plan to use next time for a longer stay.
